This website is about product development, based on modern theory and my experience, and on knowledge areas that support product development such as theory of strategy, projects, teams, complexity, decision-making, and to some extent Aikido. Also books that are of interest in this context are reviewed.
The figure illustrates how complicated product development really is and what factors that implicitly or at best explicitly, in a decisive way governs and influences product development.

My professional interests
Innovation technique and new product development, project management, complexity theory, organization theory (team and processes) and natural decision-making as well as strategy, which is the factor that ties the others together.
These interests come out of my experience of management and leadership in new product development, lecturing, research & development, mechanical analysis and engineering design, and business development.
